A. Role Summary (职位概述) Responsible for ensuring friendly, fast and accurate processing of all customer transactions. Manages all aspects of store operations including customer service and administration. Motivates and trains staff in store operations to ensure superior customer service. Ensures profitability through correct use of store systems/processes. Manages overall store when fulfilling the roles of manager on duty or sales leader. B. Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions) 主要工作职责 % of Time 1) Oversees all aspects of store operations while manager on duty / sales leader with the focus on driving customer loyalty, revenue & margin. Oversees customer service and processing areas - provides authorization and resolve when applicable. Monitors all cost controls for the store and assist in developing action plans for opportunity areas. 在作为值班经理时,负责全店的运营,关注销售和利润,确保顾客忠诚度。监控顾客服务的质量,在需要时能给予适当的授权和解决问题的方法。关注门店的成本控制,定期制定针对门店的成本节约改进方案. 2) Oversees store compliance with standard operation policy and procedures with the intent of limiting loss of company assets /shrink including, but not limited to: administrative structures as defined; processing structures as defined; structures outlined relating to operations in the SOP. 确保门店日常运作按总部下达的营运标准执行, 保护公司资产, 降低损耗。根据标准运作流程(SOP)的标准维护门店的组织结构 3) Provides follow-up to the functionality of: registers and in-store processor; signature pads and mier readers; cash office equipment; service tracking terminal and printer; phone system; register flip charts/holders and all other related systems to customer processing. 保证门店各种设备能正常工作。例如收银系统考勤设备信息系统,扫描枪,现金房设备,打印机, 电话系统以及店内的其他设备。 4) Ensures store employees are trained in correct use of all POS systems, including but not limited to ROS, STAR, and Customer order, ESC. Assist in identifying training opportunities and through partnership with peer management staff develops action steps to resolve training needs.
