职位描述/要求：
Qualifications / Experience Required:
- Min 7 years development experience (design, implementation, and test) of digital hardware for products within a wireless of high speed product line
- Experience in Manufacturing and customer support
- Produce, review and approve design documentation
- Be able to interact with a large, sometimes remote, multi-disciplinary team to ensure a high quality design and seamless integration
- Have strong communications, interpersonal, and analytic skills
- Prepared to travel
- Fluent in English
Skills and Performance Dimensions / Education:
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
- High speed digital design knowledge with min 7 years experience
- Strong knowledge of EMC theory, containment strategies and techniques
- Experience with Cadence Concept and Allegro tools
- Experience with PCP level simulation tools (Spice, SpectraQuest etc.)
- Extensive experience in the use of lab equipment such as scopes, logic analyzers, pattern generators, etc.
- Experience with Unix and Windows 95/NT operating systems
- Experience with programmable logic design and tools would be a definite asset
- Knowledge of CDMA/UMTS theory & operating principles would be a definite asset
- Assembly and C/C++ knowledge would be an asset
