职位描述/要求:

Responsibility:

- Assist HR manager with implementing and following through the HR strategies, targets and activity plans in full spectrum of HR.

- Initiate and direct new program in employee retention, reward and recognition to build the group culture; cultivate an open and positive working climate.

- Supervise and support other HR member's daily work.

- Follow the relevant policies and procedures, routine correspondence and report in the assigned job area and support other team members

- Review and update HR related policies and processes to meet business needs.

 

Qualification:

 

- Bachelor degree, Major in HR, English, and Business Administration is preferred

- At least 6 years experience of HR in MNC (IT industry experience will be a plus), holding management position for at least 3 years

- Rich knowledge and solutions development experience on a wide range of HR related function

- Open-minded, energetic, self starter, quick learner, and able to work under pressure

- Fluent in both spoken and written English

- Excellent communications skills with different levels of the organization
