HP software/hardware setup and maintenance on customer site
Project implementation
System proactive maintenance/health check
System performance, security monitoring
Customer support technical and process documentation
Technical training to customers
Help and facilitate HP response center engineer for break-fix diagnosis
Beware and track customer system change
Service review



Job Requirement

-          Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in computer software/hardware

-          Pass CET-4 or above, fluent in English reading and writing

-          Good communication skills and documentation skills; good sense in customer service

-          Good problem solving and problem management capability

-          At least 1 year IT support experience

-          Be familiar with UNIX
