职位描述/要求：
Job Duties:
l To lead and contribute towards the achievement of various targets set for the sub-branch
l To plan, direct and control the sales and services activities of the sub-branch
l To deepen and expand customer portfolios through relationship building strategies and effective team motivations
l To coordinate group-instigated or implement branch-instigated marketing activities
l To build efficient operation with high-service standards and well-trained staff
l To ensure and promote high customer service standards within the responsible functions
l To safeguard the bank from potential losses due to non-compliance with local regulations/procedures
Job Requirements:
l Bachelor degree or above
l About eight years of consumer banking experiences with about three years at managerial level, relationship management experience preferred
l In-depth understanding of banking practices and procedures
l Sound knowledge of compliance regulations
l Excellent leadership, motivation and people management skills
l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
l Fluent in spoken and written English
