Responsibilities :

• Test detection and installation of content delivered via the various customer's delivery mechanisms across all supported operating systems and browsers, and multiple languages.
  
• Strong end-user focus.

Requirements/Qualifications :

• BS/BA in computer science, engineering or related area preferred but not required.
  
• Minimum 2 years software testing experience
  
• Strong black-box testing skills a MUST.
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft and/or industry testing standards, methods and conventions required.
  
• Intermediate knowledge of supported Microsoft operating systems, internet browsers required.
  
• Working knowledge of XML, scripting and localization testing techniques and Windows User Interface guidelines preferred.
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft product development methods preferred.
  
• Demonstrated independence in testing and providing high quality feedback is required.
  
• Demonstrated high level of accountability and personal responsibility leading to the success of projects required.
  
• Broad expertise in wide areas of Windows client/server development environment usability practices, Windows UI, design standards and software quality assurance practices.
  
• Multiple Browser Knowledge IE 5.01 to current
  
• Multiple OS Knowledge of Windows 98 thru XP
  
• Sound problem resolution, judgment, negotiating and decision making skills. Willing to drive issues.
  
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills
  
• Strong English is a PLUS
