职位描述/要求：
Requirments
  • Degree Academic or similar professional qualifications very important.
  • Commercial acumen, and understanding of business concerns and an ability to communicate with Investigation, Business and Security professionals, both on a local and international level.
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role would be preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of Anti-counterfeiting and Investigating and how to apply this in a commercial setting. The ability to efficiently network and establish formal and informal contacts.
  • Ability to manage actions and retained service providers from a distance.
  • Extremely good written English and Chinese communication skills and able to produce reports of the highest quality.
  • Ability to communicate on various levels, to be convincing and persuasive, the ability to transfer enthusiasm and the will to succeed.
  • Self supporting and able to use common desktop publishing tools naturally being computer literate will be essential here.
  • Happy in a small, friendly but very hard working environment, this is not the place for "Big Company" mentality.
Job Description:
  • -   Counterfeit Products origin tracing
    -    Identifies violators at the source of counterfeiting activity
    -   Collection of Evidence for Raids and Litigation
    -    Provides strong basis for legal action
    -     Establish and sustain strong working relationships with the local law enforcement agency
    -    Establish and run and independent intelligence network of informants in key counterfeit or transport locations
    -    Co-ordination of Enforcement Action (Raids) with local Government Authorities and service providers (if applicable)
    -    Maintain frequent contact with and create a continuous information exchange on counterfeit logistics with (especially) customs authorities
    -    Training to local AIC /PSB /TSB/Customs
    -    Manage network of retained representatives for local governments in remote parts of China
    -    Significantly increases the chances of successful suppression of counterfeiting operation
    -    Strategy in Anti-counterfeiting activities and analysis of threats to the business in China.
    -    Frequent travel is needed
