a degree in chemistry, or textile engineering or other relevant field

duties:

Control all chemicals in the factory.
负责工厂里面所有化学制品
Assist in finding cost efficiencies in product raw material formulae.

Assist R&D manager in managing the laboratory.

manage product development projects.
负责产品开发项目
manage product maintenance by updating raw materials and processes.
负责对产品的原材料和工艺的提升
manage product maintenance by ensuring BOM, router, Finished Goods specifications and MSDS are current for each product.
负责产品的物料单/程序，完成产品检测等
Stay current with the market by communicating with marketing groups.

play an active role in the purchasing of new equipment and the development of new processes.
