The individual must:

•Have a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
 工程机械学或电气自动化专业毕业
•Have at least 5 years textile experience and have knowledge of textile equipment, preferring in the nonwoven
 至少5年以上纺织行业工厂经验, 无纺布工厂经验尤佳
•Have good writing and oral skills in English
 良好的英语书写和口语能力
•Be a self starter who can work on his own with little supervision
 能独立自主的完成各项工作
•Be able to manage people
 善于管理
•Must be able manage multiple project at the same time
 善于在有限的时间里处理不同的项目
•Ideally should have ISO & international experience.
 有ISO相关经验
•Manage equipment inventory
 负责管理设配件库存
•Manage the complete team of factory engineers.
 负责管理工厂的工程师团队
Engineering Manager reporting to General Manager 直接向（加拿大籍）总经理汇报

Duties:

1.Manage engineering projects.
   负责所有的与机械有关的项目
2.Plan major and routine upgrades of production equipment.
   计划&管理日常的机械设备更换
3.Manage a preventive maintenance program.
   制定和管理日常维护预案
4.Make recommendation on the purchase new equipment.
   对新机械采购时提出建设性意见
5.Maintain all equipment so that the equipment meets the local, national and international safety and environmental standards.
   负责所有机械设备的正常运营以满足国内和国际相关标准
6.Management of auxiliary equipment such as boilers, compressors, machine shop etc.
   负责除生产线以外的其他的设备的正常运行如锅炉/压缩机/机械控制室等

Salary: RMB8000+（dependant on job qualifications.）
