职位描述:
为企业内部员工提供相关IT技术支持，包括桌面/局域网/广域网/程控交换机系统/服务器等 参与、领导及管理相关IT项目
职位要求：
教育背景:
计算机科学，管理信息系统或相关学科学士学位或同等学历。
工作经验: 2-3年相关IT技术支持的工作经验
技术/技能:
• 熟悉windows/liunx(unix)操作系统，具备MCSE证书
• 熟悉Cisco产品及网络、交换机、路由器及电话系统，具备CCNA证书更佳
• 具备IT项目管理经验，有PMI证书更佳
• 良好的英语听说读写能力
To provide professional technology support to end users, including desktop/Lan/Wan/PABX/servers etc support. Develop, manage and implementation IT projects.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, MIS or related discipline
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in IT support
Technical Expertise:
• Demonstrated knowledge of windows/Linux (Unix) system; MCSE Certificate is a must
• Demonstrated knowledge of Cisco/Switch/ Router/PABX system; CCNA Certificate is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience of IT project management; PMI Certificate is preferred.
