Working Partners/Contacts 
- Work out Business Development Plan to promote Siemens Large Drive in the region.
- Support Siemens A&D Sales in Large Drive Business to enlarge business from existing customers and projects.
- Approach new customers, Design Institutes, and big projects to increase Large Drive Sales in the region.
- Groom and Develop distributors in the region systematically to cover the market better."

Tasks  
- Develop and drive internal and external sales forces to expand Siemens LD Sales and fulfill Sales Target.

Education  
- Bachelor or above in automation drive, electrical engineering or relevant.

Knowledge/Languages  
- General understanding of Siemens LD products and markets;
- Knowledge about large drive products knowledge;
- Good command of Mandarin, English
- Familiar with computer application such as MS Office etc;

Experience  
- 5 years above sales skills and know well the market and competition of LD in China
