Goals/Mission
- Responsible for the selling target achievement in territory. Exploit market and upkeep good relationship with customer to promote medical equipment product to achieve the company target.
Working Partners/Contacts
- Internal: Regional General Manager, Business Manager, BA sales, Logistic manager, Modalities, Sales, Team Assistant.
- External: customers from Hospital, IE Company, Tendering Company.
Tasks
- Responsible for the selling of certain territory.
- Keep fine cooperated relation with customer and exploit market to achieve the target.
- Lead and coach sales in daily sales working.
- Abide by all the company regulation, to submit working report on time.
Education
- Above bachelor degree with specialization in clinical medicine, bioengineering, marketing and selling or relevant special field.
Knowledge/Languages
- Good command of management and selling knowledge.
- In-depth elements knowledge of medical equipment product.
- Having good relationship with hospital or healthcare department.
- Good command of English language and computer.
Experience
- Min. 3 years working experience with medical equipment selling or related product in similar position.
- Having successful experience in promoting medical equipment selling or familiarity with relevant field customer is preferential.
