JOB DESCRIPTION
Luminary/Key Account Manager
1. Goals of Function
To support Regional Dealer Manager to manage Luminary/Key Account. Siemens, through attaining and exceeding sales target via dealer channel and Key Account/Luminary
2. Responsibilities
Responsible for managing local ultrasound Luminary/Key Account and Show site with dealer .To setup Siemens’s local speaker and Key Account. Support Dealer and regional dealer manager to
Develop Siemens US market share
3. Specific Duties
·Working with regional dealer manager and regional dealers, provide more accurate business forecasts market information feedback.
Support regional dealer manager to attain and exceed sales target.
·Key Account/Luminary management process – with assistance dealer set show site hospital and our speaker.
·Providing monthly and quarterly report of dealer business situation.
·Act as liaison for Market strategy between dealers and regional dealer manager.
·Ensure adherence to good business ethics and communication issues consistent with corporate requirements.
4. Measurements
·Manage Luminary/Key Account
·Achievement of business targets of orders / sales
·Setup local show site for all products
·Good teamwork with China Medical Solutions internal department, dealers and colleagues
5. Reporting
·Reports to Regional Dealer Manager
6. Minimum Qualifications
·B.S degree in Engineering, Medicine/Medical Technologies, Business Administration or related field
·Three or more years direct experience in sales / marketing with minimum of two years of experience in working with dealers. Experience must be in medical equipment field.
·Proven ability to work in a large organization and develop successful cross-functional relationships preferred
·Multi-cultural sales and marketing experience preferred
·Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Chinese and English 联系方式:
