* Support sales team to develop Siemens Automation & Drives business |

| Working Partners/Contacts |
* nternal: Report to promotion team manager, cooperate with BU and local sales team, good communication with other promoters * External: all relevant employee in the customer organization, especially key technical player, project manager and relevant decision makers, consultants, authorities |

| Tasks |
* Identify regional 4P strategy for responsible product, focus on " Placement" & "Promotion" * Support regional sales allocate BU budget planning to customer level * Synergize resources * Optimize Process * Support the cross-product selling of sales force * Provide supporting package to region sale * Transfer BU knowledge to region * Organize promotion activities * Define the target customer list with region sales * Breakthrough on developing target customer * Track the performance of target customer |

| Education |
Bachelor or above in automation, electrical engineering or relating majors. |
 |
| Knowledge/Languages |
* Have application knowledge of automation (e.g. PLC, HMI) and know the Market Competition well. * Have good sales skills and solid customer bases in the region. * Good teamwork skills, good communication and coordination skills. |

| Experience |
* Work experience in Design Institute or with competitors * Work experience in sales cooperation * Relevant marketing experiences |

* Negotiation skill * Good know-how of Automation and Mechanical products |
职责: - 根据自动化系统在区域的市场竞争情况,制定并实施西门子自动化系统在区域的发展战略; - 推动内、外部销售力量,负责完成自动化系统在区域的销售指标和增长计划; - 通过发掘自动化与驱动集团现有客户中自动化系统的业务、以及通过开发自动化系统的新客户,为自动化与驱动集团区域增加业务; - 在最终用户、设计院、工程总包商中推广西门子自动化系统,并跟踪相应仪表项目。
要求: - 熟悉自动化系统产品、应用及市场竞争情况; - 良好的销售技巧和业绩,并有稳固的客户基础; - 工业自动化、电子工程或相关专业本科及以上学历,英语良好; - 良好的沟通、协调能力和团队意识; - 工作积极、勤奋。
