Job description：

• Manage Primary Correspondence with Investment Community for information and On-site meeting requests.
• Coordinate and Conduct Investor Meetings, Facility Tours and Conference Calls per Established Department Procedures.
• Prepare or Update Presentation Materials for Investment Community Meetings and Conferences.
• Manage Department Key Event Calendar (KEC).
• Support or manage efforts to assure Regulatory Requirements of the US SEC, NYSE, and SOX.
• manage and Coordinate efforts of External Service Providers (IR/PR, Legal, Financial Info Services, Internet, and Conferencing).
• Update and Communicate Procedures for common Investor and Public Relations tasks and communications.
• Manage Quarterly Earnings Releases, Conference Calls and Annual Report processes.
• Manage or support activities for Board of Director Meetings and Annual General Meeting of shareholders.
• create and Maintain Company and Industry related Investor Research Databases.
• Manage and maintain Company Websites, IR news/content and related service suppliers.

Requirements:

• BBA (Finance, Accounting) or Legal Degree.
• 1+ Yrs Growth Enterprise/VC/IT Investor Interface, Intl. Capital Markets Exposure.
• Knowledge of international capital market and related service industries work cultures. Effective writing and oral communication skills.
• Word/Excel/PowerPoint, knowledge of database tools.
• English (fluent or native language), Spoken and Written Mandarin Chinese.
• Professional, Diplomatic, Affable, Flexible
• Ability to bridge internal executive and operations department management with investor community requirements.
• Previous technical or engineering background a plus
