工作职责：
1. Processing of work packages in current and development projects in conventional cell structures.

2. Main focus will be on back-contact Si solar cells with research into new technologies.

3. Close cooperation with internal technology functions as well as with external partners.

4. Identification and observation of current research and development roads.

5. Lead team of cell technology.

任职条件：
Master degree in Physics/Material Science/Microelectronics.

Should be having more than 5 years experience working in PV industry.

Familiar with semiconductor processing/fabrication and characterization

Experience in research and good team worker, ambitious.

Conversant with MS office

Good command over written and spoken English.
