主要工作职责：

• Set projects, targets and budget for the section in areas of Mono, Multi ingot processes and Si material

• Project monitoring system in place to keep track of project status and progress vs KPI requirements   

• Set performance expectation for employees and have regular review to keep track of performance.

• Lead the section to complete the assigned projects in the areas of Mono, Multi ingot processes and Si material

• Clearly define responsibility and develop empowerment in the group.

• Develop performance reporting structures so that the employees can document their project in Knowledge database for sharing and training

任职条件：

• PhD/ MBA/Master in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical/ Microelectronics/ Chemical Process Engineering/ Chemistry/ Physics/ Finance.

• 5 - 8 year's of working experience Project management/ Administration

• Good team player and has strong leadership qualities.

• Good ownership and accountability.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Self motivated, meticulous, and disciplined.

• Good coaching and mentorship.
