职位描述/要求:
工作职责: 2. Handle customer complaints and coordinate with TD to provide effective CA and PA. 3. Evaluate and analyze issues reported leading to customer dissatisfaction. 4. Initiate and/or recommend corrective action and follow up and verify the corrective action. 5. Lead cross-function team in driving product and process yield continuous improvement activities 6. Support on RMA handling process inclding data analysis. 7. Customer audit preparation and handling. 8. Organize internal team to prepare and support customer Source Inspection. 9. Complete quality report requested by customer. 10. Issue stop shipment as appropriate. 11. Maintain related document and keep related quality records according to ISO9001 requirements. 12. Meet the quality goal setting. 任职条件: 1. Bachelor degree in science or engineering. 2. Minimum 2 years QE experience in manufacturing of multinational company. 3. Be accomplished in customer complaints handling and problem solving methodology. 4. Understand ISO9001:2000 and internal auditor certificate is preferred. 5. Familiar with 8D, FMEA and SPC, six sigma is preferred. 6. Good command in English and Mandarin both in writing and speaking. 7. Good at team building and strong team driver for process improvement. 8. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 9. Good command of computer, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. 联系方式:
