职位描述/要求:

主要工作内容及职责:

Purpose of the Job

1. Plan and implement labor training programs on workshop.

2. Prepare labor training program.

3. Provide, maintain and monitor the labor flowing trend.

 

Key Performance Indicator

1. Achieve the target set for labor skill training.

2. All assignment should be submitted on time.

3. Accuracy of standard time and minimize study time

 

Regular Duties and Responsibilities

1. Labor training program improve

a. Monitor existing workshop training program

b. Propose improvement plan

c. Implement labor training improvement actions on workshop

d. Review result target

e. Report of improvement action and result

2. Standard time

a. Provide standard time by means of time study and MTM

b. Provide synthetic data of standard time for new project.

c. Update standard time report monthly.

 

Occasional duties

a. Lead project of cost down improvement in labor management.

 

任职资格条件及技能要求:

1) Bachelor, English Major, Level TEM-8 passed.

2) 1-3 years’ relevant working experience.

3) Team work, looking at details and results oriented

4) Good communications skills.

5) Self-motivated and able to work under high pressure.

6) Can write English and basic oral communications

7) Skill in Microsoft application
