Assistant Supervisor, Expatriates Administration

职位描述/要求:
主要工作内容及职责:
1. Coordinate with Admin in assisting Expatriates for relocation issue and housing arrangement.
2. Coordinate with ER to assist Expatriates to apply and renew visa, work permit, residence permit and etc.
3. Detail and brief C&B practices and regulations to expatriates on payroll, band A/C, remittance and etc.
4. Assist and coordinate expatriates’ outpatient and inpatient cases and help follow up medical/accidence insurance claims.
5. Exit clearance guide, resignation letter preparation.
6. Any other related work assigned.
任职条件:
1. Major in English or Equivalent, Bachelor English degree.
2. Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in the English speaking environment.
3. Mature interpersonal skills, pleasant personality, organizing and coordinating ability, team work spirit.
4. Strong sense of service and responsibility, smart and intelligent, loyal and confidential.
5. Excellent language skills in oral and written English.
6. Excellent in using Work, Excel, Power point software.
