职位描述/要求:

Job Responsibilities
          - Achieve sales target 
          - Understand clients’ training needs and provide customized training solutions
          - Set account strategy 
          - Manage training projects including planning, coordination and process control
          - Building and maintaining good relationships with existing and potential clients
          - Update clients’ database & sales reporting
          - Understand internal process, including Resource Booking Process etc. 
          - Provide sales forecast and market information
          - Continuous learning


Job Requirements
         -  Bachelor degree or above
         -  2-3 years work experience in multinational companies, with sales experience or  salesmanship potential

         -  Work experience in training industry or HR field will be a plus
         -  Fluent oral and written English and good command of computer 
         -  Good communication and presentation skills

         -  Analytical and reasoning skills
         - Can work under pressure
