Position Description Job Summary: The HR Director is considered the HR subject matter expertise and will have primary responsibility for customization and implementation of global HR programs on behalf of the local country, and may be called upon to provide input and direction on the development of HR and other business programs/initiatives. The HR Director will direct the development and implementation of HR strategies, service architecture and delivery across all organizational entities in Responsibilities: Main Changes: ·Ensuring that the business has a human resources philosophy and infrastructure that supports the needs of the organization and are closely aligned with operating and strategic goals. ·Managing an overview of compensation programs by evaluating and balancing cost implications. ·As the business continues to grow internationally, advising senior management on compensation and other HR initiatives globally. ·Leading integration efforts with regard to potentially diverse acquisitions in terms of talent, culture, systems, compensation and benefits and other HR issues. ·Implementing strong succession and leadership development programs that encompass training, communication and performance accountabilities both short and longer-term. ·Advising and coaching line managers on their specific business issues and challenges. ·Providing leadership and mentoring to the human resources function while also further developing the skills and talents of the entire team. ·Focusing on the recruiting needs of an organization that grows in the next several years. ·Understanding the value of diversity to the organization and how to achieve it in all its various forms. ·Embracing, nurturing and advocating for the business values and culture across the organization, especially as companies are acquired and operations become more dispersed. Key Responsibilities: ·Charge overall human resource management and development ·Make effective HR strategies complying company mission to achieve organization objectives, design organization plan and people plan to facilitate organization growth, employees' career development and retention of valuable human resources ·Make HR long-term, mid-term & annual plans, and supervise their implementation ·Develop and implement HR policies and procedures of Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, and Performance Management System ·Be responsible for staff disciplinary issues and labor issues shooting ·Estimate annual budget of HR functions to control cost effectively ·Solve important problems on human resource management ·Handle other tasks assigned by General Manager Required Skills/Background ·At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar HR role ·Solid understanding of key HR practices ·Acquire a systematic knowledge of modern enterprise management mode ·Be involved in the operation and administration work of large companies, including layout, establishment, implementation and management ·Fluent written and verbal English and Mandarin ·In-depth understanding of human resource development ·Outstanding leadership, with excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills ·Strong capabilities of planning and possess controlling for multi-tasks ·Loyal, serious, dedicated and responsible ·Have an optimistic attitude under the big pressure of work ·Good teamwork spirit ·Executive presence including strong presentation and facilitation skills ·Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to invoke change Education/Certification Required -University degree or above, and Masters Degree preferred.
