职位描述/要求:
Primary Responsibilities: ·To organize the General Manager’s travel arrangement in China and overseas (air ticket. Hotel bookings,…) ·To handle the commercial correspondence of the General Manager (mailing, emails with overseas), agenda maintenance for meetings and appointments, important datum and documents filling,… ·To work out, assist and monitor all issues related to the company internal & external image (powerpoint presentation, customers presentation, advertising and marketing material,…) ·Liaise with different functions to ensure smooth project execution; ·Assist GM in project contracting and key project follow-up; ·Help GM to accomplish regular reports ·Handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature. ·Make high level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company. Qualifications: ·Master degree+ of overseas university. (American university is preferred.) ·3+ years of living or working experience in a foreign country. (The ·Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese. ·Refined business writing skills. ·In-depth knowledge on GAAP. ·Extensive experience on overseas & domestic traveling. ·Excellent interpersonal communication skill. ·Highly organized, detail oriented, self starter & quick learner, genuine interest in Chinese & English literature & history. ·Maturity, attitude and personality will be a consideration.
