职位描述/要求:
Position Description Project work may include the development of test plan and schedule, management of outward and inward communication to the core team members. Management of test schedule and execution. Management of test environment, resources, issues, bugs and escalation to proper channels. Manage communication of testing team. Provide status reports to and meet with Client PM or vendor PM to discuss project status in English. The STPM is the primary Client contact. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ·Execution of medium to large scale projects with medium to high complexity; ·Team creation and management; ·Supervising, managing and supporting project team members; ·Planning sufficient resource availability to ensure the success of the project; ·Team preparation - ensuring that all relevant information and materials for production are available as required; ·Ensuring that the project meets established quality standards along with the client’s standards; ·Resolving issues that arise during the course of the project lifecycle; ·Ensuring that the processes, objectives and expectations of the Client are clear to all members of the production team; ·Risk management - in conjunction with the project team, analyzing potential risks and driving the creation of the project plan, ensuring that contingency is incorporated; ·Scheduling - creating and managing the global project schedule, liaising with all production team members to ensure viability and commitment; ·Initial Global budgeting in addition to local budgeting using available project templates or appropriate systems, cost control/tracking, budgeting review, change orders, cost recovery; ·Establishing regular communication channels with the client and the production team. Ensuring that production meetings take place to discuss the project status, progress and resolving any pending issues; ·Tracking the progress of the global project, ensuring that the project status is visible at all times; ·Providing support and feedback to Sales Management as required (e.g. pre or post-sale activities, initial quote) to ensure that the client receives the service they require. Required Skills/Background: ·5 plus years work related experience; previous project management experience; ·Strong customer service, negotiation and problem-solving skills. ·Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. ·Strong organizational skills. ·Strong English written and oral communication skills. ·Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment. ·Localization experience and/or foreign language skills a plus; PMP Certification a plus; Education/Certification Required: 联系方式:
