职位描述/要求:

Lionbridge is seeking an Account Manager to support our business with Microsoft in China, our global strategic customer.

 

The right candidate will bring to this position: strong relationship management background in the Information Technology outsourcing industry; solid experience structuring outsourced Software Testing and Development deals for large customers; ability to effectively position Lionbridge as preferred outsource partner throughout Microsoft’s product and content lifecycle - from development to globalization, testing and maintenance. 

Key Responsibilities:

1.Grow Microsoft business with minimal direction, with priority on Software Testing & Development services, and whenever applicable, seeking cross-selling opportunity to Content Development and Localization;

2.Work with Microsoft product units to understand their requirements (nature of products, services needed, timeframe, volumes, new skill sets, operational model evolutions, etc.) and sell appropriate solutions;

3.Act as primary point-of-contact for assigned Microsoft product units;

4.Act as a local escalation point for operational issues for the client;

5.Work with operations teams to ensure that projects are delivered to client’s requirements;
6.Master and maintain vast knowledge of Microsoft’s business, competition, and latest industry news and trends;

7.Fast comprehend working knowledge of each area of Lionbridge execution, in order to evaluate recommendations before presenting to the client;

8.Support Lionbridge MS Account team in developing RFPs and Proposals in collaboration with the Lionbridge operations team(s);

9.Support process innovation on projects;

10.Communicate account activities effectively;

11.Miscellaneous administrative support.

Experience

1.4+ years of experience in large scale solutions delivery to Fortune 500 companies, with strong business experience with Microsoft China preferred;

2.Proven sales/account management experience in IT Outsourcing Industry;

3.Relationship management experience;

4.Experience developing new accounts and growing existing accounts;

5.High-level client exposure.

Skills

1.Strong customer focus, capable of handling multiple customer accounts well;

2.Ability to learn new fields of expertise in a multinational, multicultural, and multidisciplinary environment;

3.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Chinese and English;

4.Excellent planning and organizational skills;

5.Strong negotiating skills and presentation skills;

6.Ability to work with different time zone and cultures;

7.Must demonstrate energy and enthusiasm in the workplace;

8.Must be available to travel whenever/wherever necessary;

9.Cost/accounting/financials analysis knowledge.
