Department: Sales Department
Reports to: Sales Manager

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Contribute towards team revenue and profit goals through account management and Sales Representative management.

Through account management:

1. Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets within a defined territory while maximizing profitability by managing accounts through the entire sales process.
2. Achieve and exceed distribution targets by opening new accounts and penetrating existing accounts.
3. Manage payment terms and receivables.
4. Overall customer service responsibility as key point of contact for coordination and communication, and issue resolution.
5. On-going development of wine knowledge and sales skills.
6. Gather market information and report to manager.

Through Sales Representative(s) management:

1. Define Sales Representative(s) territory in coordination with Sales Manager.
2. Allocate accounts in coordination with Sales Manager.
3. Coach, mentor, lead and manage Sales Representative(s).

Education
1 Minimium college degree

Experience

2 years previous business-to-business sales experience, food & beverage experience is a plus.

No special requirements, but might go for business trips sometimes
