Essential Duties & Responsibilities 　 　 　 　
Responsible for Accounting function for the business operation in North China. Day to day responsibilities will include, but not limit to

• Lead the accounting team for overall accounting operations in North China.This includes supervising the service level, regular reports, monthly tax filing, cost control and system maintain
• Business planning, forecast, budgeting, monitoring the actual performance versus budgets and providing necessary control on cash flow.
• Supervise customer credit risk assessment and provide management with solution
• Monitoring and reconciling inter-company transaction and balances in order to facilitate the group consolation process
• Delivery regular reports with analysis for common projects. Provide professional and effective support to business.
• Work with Financial controller accounting policies implementation and the internal control system improvement
• Liaise with including, but not limited to Tax Bureau, Bank and external auditor
• Training and supporting the finance department colleagues to improve the operation.

Education 　 　 　 　 　 　

Bachelor Degree in Accounting, CPA is preferred

Experience 　 　 　 　 　 　

• Minimum of 6 years working experiences in accounting department and at least 1-2 years work at managerial grade.
• Experiences in a MNC is a plus
• Audit experience is preferred.
