
职位描述/要求:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for Accounting function for the business operation in North China. Day to day responsibilities will include, but not limit to
- Lead the accounting team for overall accounting operations in North China.This includes supervising the service level, regular reports, monthly tax filing, cost control and system maintain
- Business planning, forecast, budgeting, monitoring the actual performance versus budgets and providing necessary control on cash flow.
- Supervise customer credit risk assessment and provide management with solution
- Monitoring and reconciling inter-company transaction and balances in order to facilitate the group consolation process
- Delivery regular reports with analysis for common projects. Provide professional and effective support to business.
- Work with Financial controller accounting policies implementation and the internal control system improvement
- Liaise with including, but not limited to Tax Bureau, Bank and external auditor
- Training and supporting the finance department colleagues to improve the operation.
Education
Bachelor Degree in Accounting, CPA is preferred
Experience
- Minimum of 6 years working experiences in accounting department and at least 1-2 years work at managerial grade.
- Experiences in a MNC is a plus
- Audit experience is preferred.
Language Skills
Fluent English, both spoken and written
