Reports to: Managing Partners
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1 Lead and manage sales team.
2 Achieve or exceed agreed targets for sales, distribution, cost of sales, A/R control.
3 Agressively pursue new business, by penetrating existing accounts, opening new accounts and implementing successful promotion and marketing activities.
4 Embrace, advocate and fully implement a systematic approach to sales management includes customer management, sales call planning, reporting and information management and objective setting and measurement.
5 Reprot and submit all required reports in a timely, accurate, and comprehensive manner.
6 Implement standards of the customer service.

Education
1 Minimium college degree
2 Wine knowledge and related degree
Experience
1 Significant sales experience in Food & Beverage Industry and other related industry
(hotel, fast-consuming products).
Language Skills
1 At least Bi-Lingual: Chinese and English
2 Other languages a plus
Physical Demands
No special requirements, but might go for business trips sometimes
