Off -trade Sales Manager
Lead and manage the SZ off-trade sales team
Achieve or exceed agreed targets for sales, distribution, cost of sales, A/R +credit control.
Aggressively pursue new business, by penetrating existing accounts, opening new accounts, and implementing successful promotion and marketing activities.
Embrace, advocate and fully implement a systematic approach to sales management that includes customer management, sales call planning, reporting and information management, and objective setting and measurement.
ReportSubmit all required reports in a timely, accurate, and comprehensive manner.
