1、Maintain safety inventory levels at all times;

2、Make inventory forecast and access it together with sales team as well as Shanghai logistics;

3、Ensure deliveries in line with standard O.T.D. benchmark while minimizing delivery cost;

4、Maintain proper warehouse facilities and delivery conditions including climate control;

   维护仓库的有关设备，以及保证一定的运输条件包括气候影响的调节；

5、Negotiate and expand warehouse premises;

   库房的面积扩充及有关谈判；

6、Hand over reports including inventory reports, delivery and logistics cost reports O.O.S. and service level indicators;

   提交相关的报告，包括库存情况、运输费用、缺货情况以及客户服务情况；

7、Customer Service should be a key task by keeping Customer Service Policy closely；

   客户服务要通过遵守客户服务规定来成为一项主要任务；

8、Manage 3PL and their drivers.

   管理第三方物流公司及其司机。

College graduate or above;

Minimum 1 year working experience at relevant position;

Good command of English, both in oral and written;

Skillful in computer, eg. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, ERP is a plus;

Organized, leadership and team spirit.
