Function/ responsibility:
- Expand business in the area
- Responsible for technical support to customers
- Reach company sales target in this area
Tasks:
1. Overview of the market situation in the region.
2. Locate new customers, assess the potential for coating and collect all the necessary information about the customers.
3. Extend prompt after sales service to the developed customers on a regular basis to customer’s satisfaction.
4. Attend enquiries prepare quotations, negotiate and finalize the orders at the customers end.
5. Keep track of all activities and new developments at the customer’s end.
6. Keep follow - up of new and amended work orders, payments / recoveries. Inform commercial department on the errors in paper work or any other discrepancies regularly.
7. Conduct trials and demonstrate the benefits of our coatings and services. Generate trial reports and minutes of meetings.
8. Co - ordinate visits and arrange meetings for senior persons from Head Office or Parent company to the large potential customers.
9. Co - ordinate seminars as per requirement of assigned areas or specific customers. Arrange the pre-requisites of a seminar like venue, facilities available with the customers, participant’s etc.
11. Maintain all the required files and documents.
12. Field engineer chalks out his plans to meet the targets budgeted to him.
13. Close work and alignment with the Head office regarding all the sales activities.
14.Technical support to customers
Skills/ Qualifications required:
- Educational qualification : Bachelor degree in Mechanical
- Experience : 2-3years in Sales and has background in cutting tools or die & mould
- Skills required :
- English fluent
- Strong Communication
- Teamwork
