Deputy: PM,shift leader or assistant

Function/ responsibility:

• Leading the service team to ensures the maintenance and service of the technical equipment ( incl. auxiliary equipment and building ) and keep it in operational status
  
• Support of the production (corrective actions, improvements…)
  
• Responsible for the stock management and the inventory

Tasks:

• Maintenance and service of the production plant, the auxiliary equipment and the building.
  
• Periodical overhaul and necessary adjustments on the production equipment.
  
• Maintaining a tight information exchange with the central service department at the Balzers Headquarters.
  
• Maintenance systems improvement and follow up.
  
• Manage and train the service team.
  
• Purchase spare parts, consumable and others for production department.
  
• Maintenance stock level
  
• Support the production in order to create synergies between both departments

Skills/ Qualifications required:

• Educational qualification : Graduate / Diploma in engineering (electrical MUST)
  
• Experience : min. 5 Years
• Skills required :
  - Strong technical background especially in electrics
  - Teamwork
  - Proactivity
  - Strong communication skills
  - Good analysis and trouble shooting skill
  - Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken)
  - Computer proficiency
  - knowledge in vacuum and PVD technology would be a big advantage
