职位描述/要求:
Supervisor: Jane Zhang, Customer Service Supervisor
Deputy: Jane Zhang

Function/ responsibility:
  • Customer service
  • Coordinate the production in customer requirement
  • Assist sales teaml

Tasks:

  • Creating new customer and customer information update in Navision system
  • Customer order confirm
  • Issue invoice in time/
  • Coordinate the production with customer delivery requiments/
  • Support sales to control the credit authority
  • Support to arrange the pick up and delivery/

Skills/ Qualifications required:

  • Educational qualification: Graduate / Diploma in engineering and/or business/commerce
  • Skills required :
    - Leadership
    - Teamwork
    - Strong communication skills
    - Computer proficiency

Appraisal indicators:

  • By each end of the month, confirm every order is already issued invoice
  • Invoice yield will be above 95%.
  • Push sales keep UFO in our workshop not more than 48 hours.
  • Contract correctly carry out rate 100%,
  • Customer correctly create in NAVISION system 100%
  • Keep working area in 5S
