Responsibilities: 
 Responsible for organizing, planning and leading product manufacturing, provides overall leadership and direction;
 Improve the plant performance by developing the abilities and motivation of the staff
 Manage the production team to ensure the product process smoothly and the consistent implementation of company procedures;
 Manage production department to ensure output and delivery schedule meet daily  product target through high labour productivity;
 Responsible for maintaining the gross profitability objectives for each operation
 Prepare regular report of production status with particular emphasis on profitability to   analyse workflow, projects update, customers, etc.
 Represent the production by the customers, salesperson and authorities regarding all aspects;
 Build up long term programs for the production capacity in line with  business strategy of MSA China ;
 Act as the project leader to set-up the operation within the plant in China;

Requirements:
 The qualified individual must be proficient in and posses a willingness to embrace change management.
 He/She should have good leadership skill;
 He/She must be an excellent communicator, in written, verbal, and presentation skills
 He/She must be a good team leader with communication and motivational skills, a strong knowledge and a desire to coach others. Strong senses of responsibility are also important.
 Mechanical, Electrical Engineering major or related is required
 Bachelor degree or above
 At least more than 8 years working experiences in production managerial position
 Working knowledge of 5S, TQM, ISO 9001
