| 工作职责： |
1、Work with Customer Groups to identify business development opportunities that have an environmental and/or social dimension, and provide technical advice on sustainable, "green" retail, insurance and investment products
2、Advise on carbon markets and specialist transactions
3、Coordinate the implementation of microfinance initiatives with the Group and Customer Groups across the region
4、Contribute to the development and effective implementation of policies and standards (including sector guidelines in conjunction with Group Office and Business) relating to the Bank"s sustainability risks arising from our lending and investment businesses within the region
5、Support the development of an overall corporate sustainability strategy and framework for the region, ensuring a ensure consistent and appropriate approach
6、Work with internal and external stakeholders to formulate communication strategies and action plans to create the best leverage and profile for strategic corporate sustainability initiatives as well as to enhance employee, customer and community engagement
7、Develop relevant training and reinforcement programmers to drive corporate sustainability in business practice and employee behavior
8、Proactively manage relationships with selective influential external stakeholders, manage expectations and look for positive partnership opportunities to enhance the impact of our corporate sustainability programmers
9、Monitor corporate sustainability programmed performance, measure it against preset objectives and conduct external benchmarking where appropriate
10、Create a community of best practice sharing across the region to reinforce best practices learning within the Group and the industry

任职资格：
|
1、University degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 15 years" combined executive experience in different aspects of business, product management and corporate service management including community affairs, sustainability projects, corporate communications and stakeholder engagement programmers
2、Good understanding of environmental and community issues, as well as their implications on financial services
3、Strong contacts with business partners
4、Fluent in English, Mandarin.
5、Excellent communication, management, influencing and presentation skills
6、Proven intellectual ability with a strategic, analytical, creative and innovative mindset
7、Strong intercultural and political sensitivity; a mature and confident decision maker
8、Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
9、Thorough knowledge of general business development and global trends in Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility development
