职位描述/要求：
| 工作职责： |
1. Responsible for the overall management of projects from initiation to production implementation
2. Control and keep track of project execution progress
3. Liaise with users to ensure business requirements are well defined and implemented
4. Perform feasibility study on how IT systems can support various banking products
5. Work closely with technical developers to deliver application systems to support business operations
6. Manage a team of business analysts and technical developers to ensure timely delivery within budget and scope

任职资格：
|
1. Degree with major in Computer Science or Business Studies.
2. Over 10 years Banking experience, including at least 7 years Project Management experience
3. Experience or sound knowledge in Corporate Banking Services, Corporate Internet Banking Services or Transaction Banking
4. Strong analytical mind with effective problem solving skill
5. Proactive, self-motivated, creative, and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
6. Demonstrate excellent management skill to lead effectively within the team
7. Good communication and English report / letter writing skills
