1. Lead a team of Relationships Managers to manage a portfolio of existing and potential high-net-worth customers 2. Drive and oversee each team members to achieve business targets and obtain required professional qualifications by providing necessary supervision and coaching 3. Develop and implement business strategies for delivering quality sales and service to customers, with the aim of satisfying customer needs and deepening customer relationships 4. Explore and identify new business opportunities through working closely with different business units, networks and channels, so as to generate and optimize overall revenue 5. Ensure the business activities are in compliance with the relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
任职资格:
1. Degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related discipline 2. Minimum 10 years working experience in Banking or Financial industry, of which at least 5 years experience must be in Wealth Management area with sound product knowledge and relationship management 3. Self-motivated with good leadership and negotiation skills 4. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with excellent command of English and Mandarin
