1. Role Purpose Statement(设立此职位要达到目的/原因)

The Director, Manufacturing Engineering will lead a team of senior leaders in the Manufacturing Engineering organization and will be responsible for developing and deploying the overall Manufacturing Engineering strategy focused on performance indicators like cost1, quality and delivery in order to support strategic plans and objectives of the overall organization. |
3. Responsibility(工作职责)
3.1 Primary Responsibility(主要的工作职责)

1) |
· Partner with other leaders to establish strategic plans and objectives |
|
2) |
· Direct and control the activities of a broad functional area through several senior leaders |
|
3) |
· Ensure budget, schedules and performance meet required guidelines |
|
4) |
· Make final decisions operational matters |
|
5) |
· Provide guidance and feedback to subordinate leaders to achieve goals |
|
6) |
· Develop and continuously improve methods, systems and processes in a complex and rapidly changing environment to improve customer satisfaction. |
|
7) |
Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce |
4. Job Requirements(工作需求)
4.1 Education Qualification(教育程度)

University bachelor degree or above |
|
2) |
Major in Engineering |
3)
4.2 Knowledge & Skills(英语/电脑能力)

1) |
English CET-4 or above. |
|
2) |
Fluent both in written and verbose English. |
|
3) |
Familiar with MS OFFICE and Auto CAD |
