Job Description:
-门店的选址（包括对商圈以及人流量的分析）
Selection of the stores
-门店的签约
Sign in the contract for store(Negotiation with Landlord for making deal)
-连锁店的进场
Responsible for the arrangement for the store opening
-维护与协调与房东的合作关系
Maintain the relationship with landlord

 

职位要求

Qualification:
-大专及以上学历
-College Degree Above
-5年零售业拓展经验
-5+ working experiences in Retail Development
-对上海商圈的拓展有丰富的经验
-Rich experiences in development in Shanghai commercial area
-有责任感，有激情
-Responsible & passionate
-能承受压力，并在规定时间内完成公司的目标
-Take pressure to meet the deadline
-能够掌握基本的英文对话能力
-Basic English communication ability
