Responsibilities:

- Manage projects utilizing business knowledge and maturity
- Responsible for strategic thought leadership on the client’s business
- Provide added-value thinking by taking a holistic approach on client assignments and proactively offering integrated solutions
- Understand all factors affecting the success of a marketing program: i.e. price, market conditions, and sales communication
- Responsible for project financial management
- Maintain professional management of projects through highly-tuned communication skills
- Contribute to team success via “people development”
- Contribute to the creative component of projects
- Manage projects through exceptional project management skills

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field and 5+ years management experience preferred
- BTL and FMCG experience desirable
- Fluent in both Chinese and English
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Proven ability to interact effectively with client and staff
- Exceptional organizational and presentation skills
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team
- Able to identify and perform job functions with little or no supervision
