职位描述/要求：
Position: Sales Engineer
Report to: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Beijing, China
 
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
 
1)    Assist key account manager to develop and implement the sales plan, collect and analyze the marketing and competition information for decision making；
2)    Develop new customers and keep the existing customers, grow up new business opportunities from both the existing and potential customers;
3)    Internal coordination on quoting, sampling, order tracking, customer service, delivery, etc.
4)    Assist account manager to manage and control the sales activities;
5)    Support account manager to attain the planned volume;
 
Requirements
 
1)    25-35 years old, bachelor degree of mechanical engineering or equivalent;
2)    at least 2 years sales experience in fasteners (screw, insert for plastic, bolt, nut) for IT industrial (mobile phone, laptop, LCD etc) or automotive parts industry; 主要从事机械紧固件或汽车紧固件的销售，如螺丝、螺母、金属扣件、注塑件、金属冲压件等.
3)    Good presentation skills, and good listening skills;
4)    Work with great passion and can travel frequently;
5)    Honest, open-minded, responsible and integrity;
6)   Strong team work spirit, self-motivated, result oriented;
7)   CET-4 or equivalent;
8)   Good command of PC knowledge, MS Office word/excel is a must.
