 4 Audit compliance to SGJM safety rules and policies, procedures and programs as well as Chinese  Governmental requirements.
 审计各部门的行为是否符合公司安全准则、政策、程序、计划以及中国政府的要求

 5 Advise line management regarding safety rules, regulations, trends, statistics and compliance with rules and policies.
 就安全准则、规定、趋势、统计及政策规定的遵守情况向一线经理提供信息和建议

 6 Ensure compliance with the Company standard operating procedures.
 确保符合公司标准操作程序

 7 Assist managers and supervisors in the implementation/supervision of Health, Safety and Risk Training activities.
 协助经理和主管实行/监督健康、安全、风险培训活动

 8 Implement and maintain emergency response procedures and activities.
  执行并保持紧急反应程序和活动
 9 Ensure that industrial hygiene surveys programs and other health hazard control programs are implemented  in  their areas of responsibility.
  确保工业卫生调查计划及其它健康危险控制计划在相应责任领域得到执行
 10 Analyse data from accident investigation, observations, inspections and other sources to assure  management  that programs are working as intended. Propose alternatives to programs that are not working as intended.
 从事故调查、观察、检查及其它渠道分析数据，确保管理措施满足预设要求，当措施没能满足预设要求时，提出其他方案

 11 Assist line supervisor to have Task Analysis/Observations for their positions.
 协助一线管理人员，对其所辖职位进行任务分析/观察

 

 

Formal qualification in mining, metallurgy or heavy industry, engineering, project management, human resource management, training or training development with program implementation skills or an equivalent discipline is essential.
正式的采矿、冶金或重工业、工程、项目管理、人力资源管理、培训或计划实施技巧培训发展或同等学科的资格
Minimum three years experience within the Safety and Risk industry is required.
最少3年安全、风险行业经验
Must understand Health, Safety and Risk Management philosophies and have a strong knowledge of Chinese Regulations and Company standards/working practices. 
必须了解健康、安全、风险管理哲学，有良好的中国法规和公司标准/行规知识
