Job Description:

• Focus on continuous improvement on quality, cost reduction, waste elimination by implementing 6 sigma and lean in the company.
• Champion OEA (Operational Excellence Assessment) activities.
• Six Sigma projects and Lean Workshops identification/implementation.
• Plant saving annual budget development and achievement.
• Six Sigma and Lean Knowledge updating and training to related employees.
• All CI APO reports timely preparation and submitting
• Surveillance and promotion of other CI activities in the plant

Requirement ：

• With a bachelor degree or above, At least 5 years experience in Automotive Industry Manufacturing enterprise on hand experiences
• Apt at Six Sigma and Lean Skill
• Familiar with automotive industry
• Project management skills
• Have a basic statistical background
• Have a good computer skills
• Good command of English
• High communication skills
