Job Description:

• Follow up the transport of import material to ensure the in-time delivery to plant.
• The sense of inventory optimization, make the in-time delivery based on the stock level.
• Coordinate with forwarding agent for the import customs clearance and inland transportation.
• The return of claim components to suppliers and the tracking of replacement. Export and import customs clearance for the claimed CKD components.
• Assist Finance on foreign exchange write-off.
• The checking, transfer and filing for customs clearance documentation.

Requirement:

• Familiar with international freight forwarding and customs clearance;
• At least two years working experience on import and export.
• Good English command in both writing and speaking;
• Good interpersonal skills and PC skills
• Bachelor's degree on foreign trade
