职位描述/要求：

Crotus Executive Search is a US based leading search firm founded by a group of industry veterans and has quickly become one of the most trusted names in Executive Search and Human Resource Service industry. We offers a full suite of Human Capital Services including Executive Search, People Assessment and Leadership Solutions. Currently we have offices in Shanghai, Beijing and New Yok, which cover all major markets in Greater China and Asia Pacific. To mee the requirements of our fast expansion, currently we have vacnacies of Senior Consultant in our Shanghai and Beijing Office.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business in targeted industries.
  • Lead and coach the research team to complete each search assignment efficiently and effectively.
  • Independently lead the search process from phone screening, interviewing, to report making, client communication, and closing.  
  • Proactively developing and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Requirements:

  • BS degree and above.
  • At least 5 years of recruiting/sourcing/search firm experience, applicant tracking system experience is preferred.
  • A team player with strong self-motivation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
  • Strong organizational and multi tasking abilities are essential to this position.
