General Responsibilities:
We are seeking resourceful and mature individuals to join us as Customer Service Executives in our Beijing Alarm Center to provide assistance round the clock. You will assist our clients by coordinating the delivery of medical, concierge, lifestyle, home & automobile assistance services.
Responsibility:
1. Take care of incoming calls from customers and service providers
2. Handle clients’ requests & Document all matters related to each customer service request
3. Provide logistic support in service delivery to customers, especially medical service delivery
4. Adhere to standard Service Standards and Procedures
Qualifications:
1. University graduate, English major preferred;
2. Excellent English in both spoken and written;
3. 2 yrs above customer service experience, experience in call centers in industries such as airline reservation or travel, assistance companies and/or the hospitality industry will be strongly preferred;
4. Excellent planning and customer interaction skills through telephone;
5. Have a passion for service and results, and be able to thrive on high stress situations to deliver emergency responses to our clients in need.
6. Able to do rostered shifts ie. day and night shifts;
7. Computer literate (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, net portals).
