急聘 Customer Service Assistant (客户服务助理)

职位描述/要求:
Main Responsibility:
1. Work in clinic front desk, provide customer service to clients;
2. Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner and control patient flow;
3. Invoice preparation and receipt of payment for services;
4. Be familiar with the different methods of payment including cash, credit card, corporate credit agreements and direct billing etc.;
5. Commitment to ensure that the petty cash is correct for the day;
6. Record and file timely and ensure update.
Qualifications:
1. College degree above;
2. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese;
3. Over 2 year's working experiences in customer service, preferably in a foreign investment company;
4. Good organizational skills and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment;
5. Good computer skills.
6. Available to work fulltime, flexible roster including weekends and evening shifts.
