职位描述/要求:

Location: Beijing

Main Responsibility:

  • Work in clinic front desk, provide customer service to clients;
  • Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner and control patient flow;
  • Invoice preparation and receipt of payment for services;
  • Be familiar with the different methods of payment including cash, credit card, corporate credit agreements and direct billing etc.;
  • Commitment to ensure that the petty cash is correct for the day;
  • Record and file timely and ensure update.

Qualifications:

  • College degree above;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Over 2 year's working experiences in customer service, preferably in a foreign investment company;
  • Good organizational skills and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment;
  • Good computer skills.
  • Available to work fulltime, flexible roster including weekends and evening shifts.
  • Strong customer service focus
