职位描述/要求:
Location: Beijing
Main Responsibility:
- Work in clinic front desk, provide customer service to clients;
- Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner and control patient flow;
- Invoice preparation and receipt of payment for services;
- Be familiar with the different methods of payment including cash, credit card, corporate credit agreements and direct billing etc.;
- Commitment to ensure that the petty cash is correct for the day;
- Record and file timely and ensure update.
Qualifications:
- College degree above;
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Over 2 year's working experiences in customer service, preferably in a foreign investment company;
- Good organizational skills and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment;
- Good computer skills.
- Available to work fulltime, flexible roster including weekends and evening shifts.
- Strong customer service focus
