Major Responsibilities:
1. Its task to be accomplished is to win and maintain B2B business with foreign companies both large and small in the northern part of China within the following industries:
- Machinery, Heavy Machinery, Industrial Equipment Manufacturing
- Heavy Industry (Steel, Cement, Aluminium; Chemical, Pulp & Paper)
- Power (wind, hydro / solar / nuclear); power generation technology
- Infrastructure & utilities (rail, water, waste management, utilities)
- Engineering & Construction companies; construction projects
2. Selling the entire range of Intl.SOS solutions to companies:
- Medical assistance to expatriates and incoming business travellers
- Services in the areas of health, wellness, medical emergency preparedness and occupational health
- Site medical services / plant medical services
- Security / personal safety assistance and advisory services
3. Account Management and Development, New Business Development
- Maintain existing business
- Grow existing accounts by identifying new business opportunities
- Develop multiple contacts with decision makers in client organizations,
- Control the Accounts Receivables with clients
- Assist the service delivery teams in their business
- Meet and exceed growth targets
- Operate with targets, pipeline, forecasts
Qualifications:
1. Non-Chinese ciziten
2. Bachelor degree holder
3. 2-5 years work experience, at least 1 year of that working outside the candidate's home country, preferably in China.
4. Preference for the nature of the sales experience to be solution selling
5. B2B Sales Track Record. Ability to understand what it means to work against/manage and achieve against a sales target
6. Heart, Passion, Energy
7. Can-Do Attitude; practical orientation
8. Self-Starter; can work without strict day-to-day supervision
9. Team Player; ability to function within a wider team
