职位描述/要求:

Location: Beijing

Major Responsibilities:

Abide by Chinese Labor Law, company policy and regulation and the instruction of the department head; provide logistic, finance and administration support for GMS team, to make the operation running smoothly and effectively.

1. Training operational support

  • Ensure the client get training notice timely; communicate in proper and professional way.
  • Make proper travel arrangement for the trainer.
  • Issue training certificate.
  • Collect the training feedback forms from the trainer and make summary.
  • Submit training tracking report monthly.
  • Keep training equipment in good condition, keep tracking equipment maintenance.
  • Provide training support for internal training as well.

2. General operational support to various projects

  • Resource planning.
  • Client communication.
  • Cost control and proceed charge back if request.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree.
  • 3 years relevant work experience in foreign company.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and effectively multi-task.
  • Must be a quick learner.
